MEET PAT

Pat started his property watch company in 2014 after several neighbors asked him to look over their homes while they were away.

After catching little things like leaking refrigerators to bigger issues such as storm damage, Pat realized there were more people in the area that would benefit from his services – especially considering the number of seasonal homes in the Sebring/Highlands County area.
